Step 1: We will set clear goals. This means taking the time to reflect on what you want to achieve and why it matters to you. Remember, goals need to be attainable and time-bound to keep you on track and measure progress.
Step 2: We will create an action plan. This will break down your goals into manageable steps and outline specific actions you need to take to achieve them. Having a clear, weekly action plan ensures that you have a roadmap to follow, making it easier to make progress and stay on track during your 5-week coaching program.

What are people saying about the Stepping Into Wellness?
This may sound unusual, but I believe God put Rachael in my path just at the right moment to literally save my life. I know that is an extremely bold statement, but I recently had a health concern, and I believe God’s goodness orchestrated my meeting with her.
As an example, one of my health concerns (and it seems to run in my family) is depression. My father was often depressed, and throughout my own life I have often battled depression; literally stuffing emotions, gaining weight, and then all of the health issues that come with that. I had never known that our body’s physical/emotional were so intertwined and that I could improve both my physical and emotional problems with natural products. It was definitely a wake-up call for me. It was like a light bulb went off in my head, and I knew that God had sent me to the right place and the right person. I feel more hope now than I have in years, and I am really looking forward to sharing this lifestyle with my family. – Cindy
All three steps were very enlightening to my overall wellness awareness and growth. It’s a journey, and it starts with small, simple steps. I appreciate that, because it allows me to be graceful with myself, to appreciate the progress I have made, no matter how small.
(After completing Stepping Into Wellness) I was starting to have long moments of being chipper and bubbly again! When I got off work, I didn’t feel blah, but excited & energized to get home and work on some projects – even cleaning up the kitchen, which I hate! Despite being super tired (due to meds & health issues), I felt good… alive if you will. – Tonya
